Painted PVC Plantation Shutters are a cost-effective alternative to timber plantation shutters. They are co-extruded poly vinyl chloride with aluminium inserts for added strength and stability and are painted in a highest quality paint.

Either a Traditional Centre or offset with Stainless Steel Staples or Clear-view with Aluminium Bar (located at the rear and not visible from the front).

Paint colors:

Choose one of our 8 standard colors to suit most decors. Based on the Pantone color guide or a custom color (custom colors needs a surcharge).

Fitting options:

Sliding, folding, hinged onto existing reveals or hinged into fitting frames. Hinges, catches and frames are included in the price to suit standard installations. Tracking systems for folding and sliding are an extra.

Louvre blade size:

There are 3 to choose from – 65mm, 89mm and 115mm.

Deductions	1) Inside Mount: Factory will deduct 3mm from width and 4mm from height. 2) Outside Mount: No deductions will be taken. 3)Make Size: If you do not want deductions taken, you must clearly write "Made Size" in the general notes section.
T Posts	1) Single or multiple T-posts are available. All measurements are to be supplied from the left hand side to the middle of the T-post. 2) If T-posts are uneven, then you will need to fill out the " Uneven T-post section" of the order form.
Mid Rails	1) Single or multiple mid rails are available. All measurements are to be supplied from the bottom of your order height to the center of the mid reail. 2) Mid rails are only available in one size- approx. 80mm. 3) Mid rail height can be positioned up or down by a maximum of 20mm by the factory unless ordered as CRITICAL.
Multi Panels	Window orders with two or more panels will come STANDARD with D-mould. 1) You must indicate which panel will require the D-mould. 2) L-DR shows the right hand panel to have D-mould. 3) LD-R shows the left hand panel to have the D-mould.
Tilt Rod Type	Only hidden tilt rod is available. 1) Will be fitted to the rear of the panel on the hinge side unless otherwise specified. 2) Shutter panels can have split tilt mechansim, split into 2 or 3 sections without the need for a mid rail. 3) Measurement from the bottom of the panel are required. 4) Tilt rods will automatically be split at approximately 1000mm.
Striker Plates/Magnet Catches	1) When ordering frame or light block, magnets will be attached to the rear of the panel and magnet catches supplied. 2) When ordering direct mount wihthout light block, striker plates will be supplied.
